DMCA Takedown Notice and Counter-Notice Procedure When a valid DMCA takedown request is received, we will remove the infringing content in accordance with copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant's contact information, with the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice that includes: Identification of the content and its original location. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury asserting that you believe the removal was a mistake. A declaration agreeing to legal action and accepting service of legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant files a legal case.
